Alternate for SDC National Student Directing Fellowship Award

The SDC National Student Directing Fellowship Award program offers students the opportunity to advance their directing skills through collaborative mentorship with professional directors at the regional festival. Students choose a scene to direct from a provided list, cast and rehearse it at their school, then present it at the festival, where professional directing artists will respond to their work with suggestions and insights that will help students develop their scenes and grow as directors. After the festival week, one student director is selected to participate in the KCACTF National Festival in Washington, DC, along with one alternate.
